Applicant Contact Notes not Merged When Applicants IDs are Merged

When an "EMAIL" is sent through send correspondence, it will be added in contact notes. When this applicant id is merged with another applicant id this information is not merged.

1. Create two applicants with the same NID
2. Go to Find Applicants.  For Applicant 1, choose take action "Send Correspondence" select contact method of "Email", choose "Letter" enter subject and send.
3. Confirm that hte contact notes of Applicant 1 have been added.
4. Merge Applicant 1 with Applicant 2.  After the merge has completed successfully, your will see that the contact notes of Applicant 2 are missing.
