Cannot boot the Appserver domain. 

The following messages are logged to the APPSRV LOG file.

PSAPPSRV.6815794 (0) [2014-09-23T13:42:05.267](2) Min instance is set to 1. To avoid loss of service, configure Min instance to atleast 2.

While on the Tuxedo log, the following message are logged:
