ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BI_PRNXPN01 abends when running BIJOB03K to print invoices when processing customer names ending in ampersand (&).. This started occuring after we upgraded to PT 8.53 and applied MP 8-12 and bundles 27-29.

Since ampersand is accepted in the customer name field, the print invoice process should work without error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Bill and change the status to ready.
2. Run the job BIPJ50 which consist of BI_PRNXPN01 report.
