Veteran Benefits Enrollment Certification Page is Not Showing Classes Enrolled in Outside the Term Activated Career.

The Veteran Benefits Enrollment Certification page is not showing classes enrolled in outside the term activated career.

Student is enrolled in classes for a semester. One class is Undergraduate and one class is Graduate. Student's Term activation page has student term activated as a Grad. The only classes pulling into the Veteran page are the one that match the career on the Term activation page. This student is now only showing enrollment of 3 credit hours when in reality the student is enrolled in 6.

Expect the Enrollment Certification page to show all the classes enrolled irrespective of the career.

Tools Version: 8.52
Application & Version: PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions 9 Bundle 33

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > Veterans Benefit Reporting > Create / Update Term Process and create a run control value ID for term and update enrollment.
2. Submit the job and verify that it runs to completion without errors.
3. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > Veterans Benefit Reporting > Enrollment Certification and populate the search page with the student's EMPLID who is enrolled in a course not in his career. No records are found.

The classes are not being counted correctly giving incorrect information to the Department of Veteran Affairs.
