"Error 500--Internal Server Error" when Saving a Mobile Inventory Express Issue Using a Handheld Device

When attempting to create an Express Issue using a handheld device and the Mobile Inventory application and filling out the required fields including the Quantity and clicking on 'Add Line' the screen comes back with a message telling that "The quantity is required" and the Quantity field is now blanked out. When entering a Quantity a second time and clicking 'Add Line' again, the Item is added to the Prior Entry table. The below error is then issued when saving.
