CRM 9.2 - Email Greetings Template Gives Error When Applying Another Template When Sending Outbound Email (Doc ID 1929521.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the greeting template is used for Notification by itself, the terms are reolved, but when apply additional template, it will give the error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 1.  Setup the Greeting Template in System Installation page
2.  The template has Recipient Last Name and Recipient First Name terms
3.  In a HD Case, Click Notification, select a Recipient
4.  Select a template, click Apply
