Chartfield Request Page - Inactive Chartfield values are not included in the prompt lookup.
When creating a new Chartfield Request with a Field Action of 'Update' and when the prompt button is clicked, chartfield values that are in INACTIVE status are not retrieved.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Chartfield Request Page > Add a new Value
2. Input a valid SETID, Fieldname. Field Action --> Update
3. Click on the prompt button at the Field Value
--> Inactive Chartfield values are not included in the prompt
