ERROR
-----------------------
Exceeds Budget Tolerance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Define parent budget definition with Control Option = Control and Child Budgets Exceed Option is checked. Calendar ID is MN (Monthly), Enable Cumulative Budgeting and Derive Dates is checked. Cumulative Calendar is Y1 (Yearly).
  2. Define child budget definition with Control Option = Track w/o Budget. Calendar ID is MN (Monthly), Enable Cumulative Budgeting and Derive Dates is checked. Cumulative Calendar is Y1 (Yearly).
  3. Enter and post a budget journal January 2014 for the Child budget, amount 100 USD. Parent budget will be automatically updated because Parent Budget Generation = Always Generate.
  4. Enter a budget journal January 2014 for the Child budget, account 501020, amount 100 USD. It does not make any difference when entering Cumulative Begin Date and End Date (the results are the same)
  5. Do the same for February, March, April, May, June, July and August. So in the end we have a budget of 100 USD for each month.
  6. Create a journal for January for 80 USD and edit journal. Budget status is Valid.
  7. Create a journal for March for 115 USD and edit journal. Budget status is Valid.
  8. Create a new journal for July. This time use amount 555. January amount was 80, March amount was 115 and July amount is 555, so total is 750. Total budget amount from January to August is 800, so this should work.
  9. Budget check is running in Error (Exceeds Budget Tolerance).
