E-MCF: Get "Login failed on that queue. Please contact your system administrator." Upon Accepting Chat From MCF Console (Doc ID 1930512.1)

On PeopleTools 8.5x, on accepting chat from MCF console, the following error message appears in a popup window.

"Login failed on that queue. Please contact your system administrator." 

With the app server domain LogFence set to value 5, the following errors are seen in UQSRV and MCFLOG logs.
