Dependent Life Rates Displaying Incorrectly

Dependent Life rates displaying incorrectly when using a combination of Flat Rate AND Coverage type as "Employee level" AND "Dependent specific coverages?" checked in Life and AD/D plan attributes page. Per pay period cost displays on Self Service Benefits Enrollment as 1000 times the correct pay period cost.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Configure a Dependent Life plan (Navigation: Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > Life and AD/D Plan Table) that has a flat cost - that is, the amount is fixed and is not dependent upon the amount of
coverage or the number of dependents covered - as follows:
A. Set Coverage Type to Employee Level.
B. Set Insured Person Type to Dependents.
C. Check the Dependent Specific Coverages? checkbox.
2. On the Benefit Rates used for this plan (Navigation: Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Base Benefits > Rates and Rules > Benefit Rates), set the Rate Per Unit to None.
