E-IB: PeopleSoftListeningConnector May Be Unresponsive After All Pooled Jolt Connection Stuck In Gateway Web Server (Doc ID 1932517.1)

Symptoms

Application & Version: PT 8.53.10

In using higher version of gateway (PT 8.53.10) for integration with another PeopleSoft system (e.g. PT 8.49.33/FSCM), the integration gateway PeopleSoftListeningConnector servlet caused a lots of stuck threads on weblogic servers, eventually it makes the server unresponsive and messages fail to flow.

In PIA gateway web server log, lots of PeopleSoftListeningConnector threads stuck messages similar to below
