EBI9.2: Bill Entry Does not Validate Email Address Before Saving Bill Marked as Email Invoice as Attachment. Email Id Field Only Shows if Ebill Is Installed

On : 9.2 version, Bill Entry Image 6

Bill Entry does not validate email address before saving Bill marked as Email Invoice as Attachment. Email ID field only shows if Ebill is installed.

System should verify if bill has email address before doing a save.
Also Email field should display even if Ebill is not installed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create Contact without email address.
  2. Create bill marked as Email invoice as attachment.
  3. Save the bill.
