When Applying for a Job Opening, User Attempts to Upload Resume, but System Issues Message: "You must select a resume option to continue"

Symptoms



When Applicant attempts to apply for a job opening by uploading a resume, the system displays "You must select a resume option to continue".  No other errors or messages are displayed; however, the applicant cannot proceed past this page to complete the appliccation.  The system should confirm that the resume has been uploaded, and then progress to the next page when the user clicks on "Next."
 

REPLICATION STEPS:

1. Navigation:  Self Service > Recruiting >  Careers
2. Select a job opening and click to apply for it.
3. Browse to find a resume and upload it.
4. Click "Next" button.


Due to this issue, applicant cannot apply for a position using a resume, because the system does not progress to the next page.
