Error when performing keyword search (intermittent) and no facets/filters in search results

1. Performing keyword search (e.g. Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs) gives an error - An error has occurred while performing search. Please contact your System Administrator.
  a. This occurs for some keywords like glove, cath, screw, suture
  b. This doesn’t occur for some keywords. In Demo, searching keywords like US001 (Business Unit) or Medical Supply (Supplier name)

2. In case of 1.b, when search results are returned, but facets are missing
