EGL9.2: Only User ID of User Logged in Shows for a Filter on a WorkCenter When Using Operator 'IN'

On : 9.2 version, Functionality

Only user ID of user logged in shows for a filter on a WorkCenter when using operator 'IN'.

When using the 'IN' operator on a filter for a WorkCenter, all User ID's should be available.

When using the 'Equals' function all User ID's are available.
Also, when manually typing in the User ID's separated by a comma the values are accepted when using the 'IN' function.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > General Ledger > GL WorkCenter.
  2. Click on the 'Edit Filters' link.
  3. Click on the 'Edit Filter' icon for the first row (Journals Ready for Processing).
  4. For the User ID field, change the Operator to 'IN' and click on the 'In Pushbutton' icon.
  5. Only the User ID of the user logged in shows available.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select User ID from search list.
