How can you associate a different Carrier Account Number for the SAME Carrier on the Customer record (navigation: Customers, Customer Information, General Information - Tab: Ship To Options - Hyperlink: Carrier Account Numbers)? You may have customers with multiple Ship To addresses and each address has a different Account Number with the Carrier. However on the Customer record, you can add one Account Number only for a Carrier.
