E-PIA: CRM HelpDesk An Apostrophe(') in Spell Check is replaced with "%27" (Doc ID 1935203.1)

Symptoms


Using spell check within Case Descriptions and Case Notes. When the advisor selects the spell check option, the format is changed.

I.e., An apostrophe (') being replaced with '%27', '%u2019'.

Environment:
------------------
Application: CRM 9.1
Tools: PT8.52.09

Replication Steps:
-------------------------
1. Login to CRM Application
2. Navigate to Main Menu> Helpdesk>Search Case>
3. At problem Summary enter a word  with apostrophe like "Lindaa's" and click on Spell Check, in spell check text box it will shows as "Lindaa%27s"
4. In Description field enter the text as "bharat's" and click on Spell Check, in spell check text box it will shows as "bharat%27s"
