Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Collections Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Collections Workbench, the link on email address is totally false.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To open a new outlook windows, if outlook is the email system used.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go on Collections Workbench.
  2. Select a Customer with Several Contacts.
  3. On the detail panel, choose the link on the right of the Primary Contact.
  4. On the contact list, click on the email address. it opens a new window but it is not linked to customer contact.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send emails to their customer contact from the Collections Workbench as expected.
