Symptoms


When attempting to retrieve large amounts of data on the  Procurement Card Reconcile Statement (CC_RECON_WB) Page, 1000's or rows, the system is hanging and taking 99% of application server usage.


STEPS

1. Go to Purchasing -> Procurement Card -> Reconcile -> Reconcile Statement
2. Do not enter search criteria and have 1000's of rows of data available
3. Click Search
