In the application, there is the “C” code for “Marital Cohabitation” that can be mapped to the “6” code – “Stable Union” for the civil state of an employee. There is the “SP” code – “Spouse” and “”RO” – “Partner” that can be mapped to “1” code – “Spouse or Partner which has child or living for more than five (5) years” for the type of relative. We have the "C" code Marital Cohabitation (Convivencia Marital) that can be mapped to the 6 code - Stable Union.
This is a new setup that needs to be done “one-to-one relationship” to map codes (including customized ones) to valid codes in eSocial.
Marital Cohabitation is not necessarily legally supported (a couple can live together, but there is no legal formalization). For “Stable Union”, an employee must prove by a legal document that formalizes such a union.
It cannot be done a “one-to-one relationship” considering all employees under Marital Cohabitation as Stable Union for eSocial, as they do not have the same meaning.
In the “Civil State” table there is no value for "Stable Union". Will it be created?
