Symptoms

Approval workflow for eProcurement Requisition not triggering when a Requisition Line is deleted and new line is added. When a new line is added in the EDIT mode , after deleting second line in the Review and submit page the approver is not triggereing for the newly added line


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure AWE is enabled and Line Level approval is used
2. Navigate to eProcurement > Create Requisition and Add a requisition for 2 lines
3. Save and Submit
4. Approval triggered for both lines
5. Edit the requisition and delete 2nd Line
6. Add a new Line
7. Save and Submit
8. The approval does not trigger for newly added line
