Is there any way to populate STD_ID_NUM_VNDR in a PO Dispatch XML message. The STD_ID_NUM_VNDR as defined in the Vendor > Identifying Information tab and ideally should be fetched in XML for PO Dispatch. The STD_ID_NUM_VNDR is stored at the PO business unit, populated in the PO Dispatch XML message. The field populated is called DB_NUMBER_BU. We expected the Vendor DUNS number populated in the message header field STD_ID_NUM_VNDR. Is that the correct field to expect it to be stored?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Set Up
1)-Enable XML Publisher is enabled at Purchasing Installation Option

2)-Ensure Service PURCHASE_ORDER_DISPATCH is Active

3)-Ensure Service Operation PURCHASE_ORDER_DISPATCH is Active

4)- Ensure Handler ROUTERSENDHDLR Application Class is Active

5)-Ensure Purchase _Order Queue is set to Run

6)- Ensure Batch Publish Rules-Status is Active. Chunking Rule ID is Business Unit.

7)- Ensure Business Unit and Node is defined at Map Chunking Rules for Business Unit- Status is Active.

8)-Enter the DUNS no as 12345 at Purchasing BU Definition > Business Unit Options

9)-Lets Navigate to Vendor > Identifying Information > Additional ID no.'s . Enter type of ID as DNS No and enter the DNS no for the Vendor

Replication Starts
1)-Lets create a PO for the same Vendor say SCM0000001 and Inventory item having Business Unit US001. Approve the PO

2)-Lets Dispatch PO using EDX

3)-Lets go to SCM Integrations > Publish Outbound Message > Select Purchase Order Dispatch. PO Dispatch Message Selection Criteria

4)-Lets check the XML

5)-Lets check the STD_ID_NUM_VNDR Field. It is blank. This is the issue reported. However at the same time DB_NUMBER_BU field is populated from Purchasing BU Definition> Purchasing Bu Option
