AP: Issues on APX8055 and APY8055 Italy Withholding Reports (Doc ID 1937141.1)

Symptoms

When running APX8055 and APY8055 Italy Withholding Reports, the following issues are noticed:

On Crystal Report APY8055 :
1. Vendor address is incorrect. It is Transmitter address
2. Fiscal Code is not present
3. The  BU Information name and address, which is present in the xml report on the bottom of the page left corner, it is not printed in Crystal Report

On XML APX8055:
1. Fiscal Code not printed
2. False string is printed near to State

STEPS
1. On Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Withholding > Withholding Entities, set up withholding entity for Italy
2. On Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Withholding > Report Control Information, set Report Control Information -ITA-REPORT
3. On Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Withholding > Report Definition, define Report definition for IT770
4. On Vendors > Vendor Information > Add/Update > Vendor, set up the Italy withholding vendor
5. On Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Location > Location, have a location created for GL BU
6. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry, and create a voucher for above vendor and Italy BU
7. Pay the voucher. Withholding schedule payment is created
8. Pay the withholding schedule
9. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Batch Processes > Payment > Payment Posting, and post the payments
10. Navigate to Vendors > 1099/Global Withholding > Maintain > Post Withholdings, and post the withholding transactions
11. Navigate to Vendors > 1099/Global Withholding > Global Withholding Reports > Create Reporting Information, and create report information
12. Navigate to Vendors > 1099/Global Withholding > Global Withholding Reports > Withholding Report, and create the reports
