Goal

Bypass user is enabled with a User Profile that contains no Roles/Permission List. This user is used for custom 3rd party Single Signon. When using a URL that contains /psc/ in it (example: http:///psc/H920GXWU/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/s/WEBLIB_HPDEMO.ISCRIPT1.FieldFormula.IScript_PTOBalance), it results in a blank page when entering user credentials:

1. Bypass enabled
  a. URL that points to a iscript Web Library causes error on the login page, user enters in PS/PS, user gets blank page
  b. URL that points to deep link causes error on the login page, user enters in PS/PS, and it takes them to the deep link page just fine.

2. Bypass disabled
  a. URL that points to a iscript Web Library causes error on the login page, user enters in PS/PS, and it works fine
  b. URL that points to a deep link page causes error on the login page, user enters in PS/PS, and it takes them to the deep link page just fine.

Question: Why does this work, fine when bypass is disabled, but not when bypass is enabled?
