Unable To Copy Requisition(req With The Cancelled Line ) Into A New Requisition (Doc ID 1939639.1)

On : 9.2 version, Requisition Create

When attempting to copy an eProcurement requisition,
the following error occurs.

SetID not found for name='SETID', value='' with record 'LOCATION_TBL', tree ' '. (2,214) PV_REQ_WRK.PV_RETURN_PANEL.FieldChange Name:DisplayAddress PCPC:2919 Statement:35

The PeopleCode built-in function GetSetID has been called with parameters that were
not found in the table set definitions.

Review the table set control tables and the PeopleCode and correct whichever is wrong.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
• Create a requisition with multiple lines more than 5 (Combination of punch-out item and catalog item)
• Cancel 1or 2 lines in the requisition
• Go to manage requisition
• Pull the requisition that you have just created in above step
• Use the copy requisition functionality

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot copy requisitions.
