E-PPR: Advanced Lookup Link in Lookup Prompt Crashes Application Server "GENEDIT.CPP" error (Doc ID 1940772.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the magnifying glass button to trigger a lookup prompt for particular fields, and then clicking on the "Advanced Lookup" link, the application server crashes and kick the user out.

SAMPLE REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1. Have a page that has a EMAIL_ADDR field, with Edit Table on a view based on EMAIL_ADDRESSES
2. Access the page in PIA
3. Click on the lookup prompt icon for the EMAIL_ADDR field
4. Click on 'Advanced Lookup'
