On : 9.1 version, Maintenance Worksheet

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying Update 908752 or Bundle 31, payment worksheets that are set to Do Not Post get deleted during ARUPDATE


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ARUPDATE should not touch worksheets not set to post

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Apply fix from UPD908752 or test with Bundle 31

1) Create a payment worksheet and create Accounting Entries
2) Set the payment worksheet to 'Do Not Post'
3) Ran ARUPDATE
RESULTS: payment worksheet is not visible any more....the PAYMENT_ITEM row is gone

Due to this issue, users cannot apply payment worksheets or run ARUPDATE. They also lose payment worksheets that have been worked on and approved
