ISSUE STATEMENT

Manager gets following error when apply rules & submission of timesheet.Invalid parameter 3 for function CallAppEngine. (2,116) FUNCLIB_TL_WEEK.APPLY_RULES.FieldFormula

REPLICATION STEPS
--------------------
1) On TL installation page- turn on Real Time Rule
2) Manager entered timesheet.
3) Click Apply rules
4) Submit
5) It gives following error:

Invalid parameter 3 for function CallAppEngine. (2,116) FUNCLIB_TL_WEEK.APPLY_RULES.FieldFormula Name:RunValidation PCPC:6951 Statement:61
Called from:TL_MSS_EE_SRCH_PRD.GBL.SavePostChange Statement:4

The specified parameter is not correct for the function. It may be the wrong type of parameter (string, number, record.field, etc) or an invalid value in this context.
