Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Load GL Acctng Entries

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Security to Finalized Invoices to Journal action on Billing WorkCenter

On the delivered system-defined link "Invoices Not Integrated to GL", there are 3 actions available under the grid. We were able to secure 2 of the actions, but we can't determine how to secure the "Finalized Invoices to Journal Action." As the action executes PSJob BIJOB09K (or BIJOB09 for installs without Commitment Control), the job is running important processes...Load GL, Journal Generator, etc. We wouldn't want users who are not allowed to run those process to be able to launch from this link.

The other 2 actions for this grid (as well as the grid actions on the other billing links) seem to be "secured" by Application Package PeopleCode which checks to see if the users has access to a related Content Reference before it adds the action to the dropdown. We were expecting to see logic to check for authorization to both Content Refs EP_RUN_BI_LOADGL_GBL and EP_JRNLGEN_REQUEST_GBL, but no logic is present for that action.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All three actions should be securable
