Symptoms

When a random password gets generated at user creation, it has been noticed that the GetRandomPassword()  function does not create a password that matches requirements that are set on the Pssword Controls page for lower case letters . It seems that number of digits and special characters are put under consideration when a new random password is generated based on Password Controls requirements.  However, lower case letters are not part of the generated password.

Replication Steps
-----------------------------------------------------
1- Set up password controls
2- Set requirement for at least one upper and at least one lower case character
3- Set the functionality for a random email to be send to the user .
3- Note the password generated for the new user No lower case letters are part of the generated password.
