ELM 9.X: From Activity Sessions Progress Page, Session Day Incorrect for Date (Doc ID 1945097.1)

Symptoms

When sessions for the activity with timezone that has ‘Offset from UTC’ such as AWST, the enrolled Learner from My Learning or All Learning,  the Learning Component Activity Progress Sessions Progress page displays the day of the week incorrectly and does not have the same dates as the Activity Details Schedule tab.  

Steps to Replicated Issue:
 
1) Create an Activity with sessions in AWST time zone.  For example, Session date 9/12/2013 which is a Thursday and 10/23/2013 is a Wednesday.
2)  Log in a Learner and enroll in an Activity that has Sessions AWST time zone.
3)  Navigate to Self Service > Learning > All Learning > {click Title link} > {click Learning Component link}
     Notice that on Activity Progress, Sessions Progress page , the Day of week is incorrect for the date.
     For example,day for date 9/12/2013 is Wednesday and day for date 10/23/2013 is Tuesday.  
     However on the Activity Progress Details page, Schedule tab, day for date 9/12/2013 is Thursday and day for date 10/23/2013 is Wednesday.
