403 (Unauthorized) error occurs when connecting to an external endpoint for SAIP integration. The same endpoint can be successfully connected in SOAPUI with the username and password passed using "Preemptively Authenticate" which adds authentication information to outgoing request.. But cannot do the same from PeopleSoft. Adding this username to the Node and in the WS Security tab and using the username token does not help. All known certificates are also installed, but the connection from within PeopleSoft is not working and returns 403 error. How can the WS Security be added in Peoplesoft for a successful connection?
Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error
Integration Gateway was not able to contact the external system. The network location specified may be incorrect, or the site is permanently or temporarily down.
