ETL9.2 AWE Reported And Payable Time Approval Performance Issue While Approving Time (Doc ID 1945210.1)

Symptoms

After 9.2 upgrade Reported & Payable time approval experiencing big performance issue when number of approvers are between 25 to 40.

1) Setup TLBySecurity as approval definition

2) Setup up to 40 approvers per employee, It is highly recommended to setup upto 25 approvers for better performance.

3) Enter Timesheet, Log in as approver , approve the time

4) Either it takes 3-4 mins or timeout

 Similar issue for Payable Time Approval as well.
