ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After changing item description on requisition, PORQ010 report displays original item description associated with the Item ID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If system allows the user to change the item description, it should print correctly with the changed description.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition with one line, using an Item ID
2. Change the item description on the line
3. Save the req
4. Hit View Printable Version to run PORQ010 report
5. Open the report and see that the Description is displayed as the original description that is associated with the Item ID.
