EGL 9.2: Journal Post Does Not Populate The Summary Ledger Staging Table (Doc ID 1945697.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Journal Post

ISSUE
When a journal is posted, it should put data into the summary ledger staging table (SLEDGER_STG). It does not.

REPLICATION STEPS
1.in Ledger Set - Post to Summary Ledger checked
2.delivered Summary Ledger S_ACCTS
3.Ledger Template for summary ledger S_ACCTS, with record S_LEDGER_ACCTS and
summary ledger temp table S_ACCTS_TMP
4.Ledger Template for STANDARD detail ledger - with summary ledger staging
table SLEDGER_STG
5.Ledgers For A Unit - Detail Ledger - Enable incremental sum ledgers checked
6.User Preferences, General Ledger - Skip summary ledger update unchecked
7.Post journals to GL BU in Ledger Set
8.Run Build Summary Ledger - with Create
9.Query of summary ledger S_LEDGER_ACCTS to confirm
10.Post another journal to existing summary ledger chartfields in S_LEDGER_ACCTS
11.In both trace files, can see that journal post does not insert to summary
ledger staging table SLEDGER_STG
