Symptoms

HRMS 9.2

ISSUE 1:

When a delegation gets revoked or is ended for a proxy and the proxy self becomes a delegator, the new assigned proxy also gains access to the transactions of the first delegation.
Steps:
---------
1. A delegates transaction to B
2. A revokes transaction from B
3. B delegates transaction to C
4. C gains access to transactions of B and A

Expected Behaviour:
--------------------------
The revoked transaction is not supposed to show in the list of transaction of Manager C

Actual Behaviour:
----------------------------
Even after a transaction is revoked Manager C has access to transactions of Manager B and A

Business Impact:
--------------------------
In this scenario of delegation managers get unauthorized access to specific and sensitive financial information of employees they are not responsible of.

ISSUE 2 :

Delegation request remains visible in Administer Cycle Roles after revoke.

1. Create delegation for transaction Submit Compensation proposals
2. Proxy accepts delegation
3. Process Maintain Delegated Role Access
4. Revoke delegation
5. Process Maintain Delegated Role Access
6. Create delegation for transaction Submit Compensation proposals
7. Proxy accepts delegation
8. Process Maintain Delegated Role Access
