ETL9.2: Errors On Timesheet When Go 2 Periods Prior To Employee Enroll Dt. (Doc ID 1947462.1)

Symptoms

We are getting errors on the Time and Labor Timesheet page when clicking the Previous Week link when he goes 2 periods prior to the Employee active Time Reporter row.  

There are multiple error messages depending on what steps we take.



ERRORS
-------


- A Calendar has not been set up for this time period, so you cannot report time for this date. (13504,372)

- Invalid date. (180,112) FUNCLIB_TL_WEEK.TR_ELP_GRID_LOAD.FF Name:FormatDateStrings PCPC:231 Statement:4 Called from:TL_RPTD_ELP.Active Statement:4

- You have unsaved Data on this page. Select OK to go back and save. Cancel to continue ( 13504,3621)


STEPS

Demo Replication Steps:
Issue 1
- Navigate to Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time
- Bring up employee KU0101 and go to their Timesheet
- Change date to August 2nd, 2011 and click Refresh
- Click Previous Week link twice and when reach period before active TR date, the template changes
- Switch View by to Calendar Period
- Message Calendar has not been setup (13504,372) occurs

Issue 2
- Navigate to Manager Self Service > Time Management > Report Time
- Bring up employee KU0101 and go to their Timesheet
- Change date to August 2nd, 2011 and click Refresh
- Change View by to Calendar Period
- Click Previous Week link twice and when reach period before active TR date
- Error message Invalid Date (180,112) FUNCLIB_TL_WEEK_TR_ELP_GRID_LOAD:FieldFormula.Name.FormatDateStrings PCPC 231 Statement 4.
- (The template changes after the error message occurs)
- Click OK on message and when click Next Employee and generates Unsaved Data on page (13504, 3621)
