PO Budget Status is Update to Not Checked when Chunking is Enabled
When chunking is enabled for purchase order along with AWE, when a multi-line PO has been approved, budget checked and dispatched, if a user opens that PO and uses the 'Select Lines to Display' area to go to one specific line on the PO, they receive the following message:
At least one line may have been changed. If you continue, the system will save all changes. (10200,364).
Then the Activity Log shows that the PO was just updated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Chunking in Purchasing
2. Create a multi-line PO
3. Approve, Budget Check and Dispatch the PO
4. Open the PO
5. Retrieve a specific line
6. Receive the following message, At least one line may have been changed. If you continue, the system will save all changes. (10200,364).
7. Click OK
