Performance issue when clicking on Inquire Receipts link on Receive Items page

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
User navigates to Main Menu -> eProcurement -> Receive Items page and clicks on the hyperlink "Inquire Receipts" on the page, it errors out after some time without displaying the resulting page.
