Grade Roster Does Not Display Name on Blind Graded Courses When "View By Blind Grading ID" is Unchecked

Symptoms
The Name field on the Grade Roster on the GRADE_ROSTER1 page does not display when Blind Grading check box is turned off. In the GRADE_ROSTER grid the Name field has been changed from SSR_PRSN_DATAVW.NAME_AC to SCC_PRFPRIMNMVW.NAME. When the DERIVED_CS.BLIND_GRADING_OPT is unchecked on the GRADE_ROSTER_TYPE page, the emplid and name are supposed to show on the grade roster, but only the emplid is showing.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Curriculum Management - Grading - Grade Roster
2. Open a Grade Roster for which the Blind Grading flag is unchecked.
3. Go to the Grade Roster page and notice the Name field does not show up.
