BUSINESS_UNIT_PC, ACTIVITY_ID chartfields are missing when an inter-unit transfer is performed.  They are missing on the new asset.

Need to have all the project related chartfields for all transactions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an asset with project related chartfields.
2. Perform an Inter-Unit Transfer transaction

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, information on assets is incomplete.
