E-AWE: Request Information Does Not Create A Worklist Entry for Requester When Requester is Also an Approver. (Doc ID 1949106.1)

When Request Information is clicked, it only sends an email notification to the requester. Worklist Entry is not created. This happens when Requester is also one of the Approvers.

1) Enable Request Information for Approval Workflow (AWE), say - email and worklist item to be created for Requester when Request Information event is triggered.
2) Create and submit transaction for approval.
3) Approver (other then Requester) clicks on Request Information.

Expected result:
Worklist Entry should be generated for the Requester.

Actual result:
Worklist Entry is not generated for the Requester. Only email notification is received.
