How To Resolve the Error "Integration Service: Unable to find a routing corresponding to the incoming request message. (158,505)" when Testing the Mobile Inventory WSDL in a Browser (Doc ID 1949257.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 08, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Mobile Inventory Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

As part of the Mobile Inventory application installation instructions there is a Task called "Verifying PeopleSoft Integration Broker is Web Service Enabled". This Task helps you verify that PeopleSoft Integration Broker is configured for Web Services. Web Services Description Language (WSDL) requires Web Services to communicate between PeopleSoft and the Mobile Inventory Web Server. If the PeopleSoft Integration Broker is configured properly, you can use a specific URL such as this one in your browser:
http://machineNamePort/PSIGW/PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector/PSFT_EP/MIN_OPTIONS.1.wsdl

If all goes well, an output should be produced and it should be similar to the one shown as example in the installation instructions.

Now you may get the following error instead of the expected output:

Integration Service: Unable to find a routing corresponding to the incoming request message. (158,505)
