Discrepancy in data in task related tables after upgrading from CRM8.8 to CRM9.1 (Doc ID 1950464.1)

Symptoms

Customer upgrading from CRM 8.8 to CRM 9.1, Running the RNCRD11ORA Script, the process runs the script rncrd11ora.sql, which renames the following tables


RENAME PS_RC_ANSWER_VALUE TO PS_RC_ANSWRVAL_UPG;
RENAME PS_RC_ANSWER_LNG TO PS_RC_ANSWRLNG_UPG;
RENAME PS_RC_BS_TREE TO PS_RC_BSTREE_UPG;
RENAME PS_RC_BS_ANSWER TO PS_RC_BSANSWER_UPG;
RENAME PS_RC_AS_DRV_RSLT TO PS_UPG_RC_ASDRVRST;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK TO PS_UPG_RB_TSK;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK_ATTACH TO PS_UPG_RB_TSKATACH;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK_NOTE TO PS_UPG_RB_TSKNOTE;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK_PRTY_LNG TO PS_UPG_RB_TSKPRTLN;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK_PRTY_TBL TO PS_UPG_RB_TSKPRTBL;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK_TYPE TO PS_UPG_RB_TSKTYPE;
RENAME PS_RB_TSK_TYPE_LNG TO PS_UPG_RB_TSKTYPLN;

After upgrade found that PS_UPG_RB_TSK has only one row instated of millions of existing rows.
