On : 9.2 version, ERMS-MCF-CTI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Send an email to ERMS mailbox and let the email be processed and sent to Inbound Email (Email Workspace).  Correspondence > Search Inbound Email...the email shows HTML tags.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No HTML tags should be in the email.
