Services Procurement (sPro) Requisition is not Getting the Correct Default Account Based on the Service Type Setup (Doc ID 1950787.1)

Symptoms

Services Procurement requisition is not getting the correct default account based on the Service Type


STEPS

1. Configure Service Type with account values in 'Default Labor Account' and 'Default Expense Account'
2. Remove default Service Type and Service from the Requester that will be used on the new requisition
3. Create a new sPro req for the Requester by clicking the Resource line
4. Create a req using the Service Type configured above
5. Add a second line and change the Service Type
6. Review the Account for the line with the new Service Type, it will be the same as the accounts from the previous line

Second
1. Configure Service Type with account values in 'Default Labor Account' and 'Default Expense Account'
2. Remove default Service Type and Service from the Requester that will be used on the new requisition
3. Create a new sPro req by clicking the 'Services Procurement' line instead of the Resource link
4. Click the Resource line on the left side menu
5. Enter the Service Type. The account will come from the Category specified on the Service Type, not the accounts that are specified on the Service Type
