Symptoms
From PeopleTools 8.54, when running nVision in Excel Automation mode (UseExcelAutomation=1), the following error is generated :
Excel interface exception [E:\pt854-903-R1-retail\peopletools\src\psnxl\gridapp.cpp:2172] Microsoft Excel cannot access the file 'd:\fin920_app\NVISION\LAYOUT\WFC_NV00002_LOB_FF_byGrp.xnv'.
There are several possible reasons:
• The file name or path does not exist.
• The file is being used by another program.
• The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.
