After setting up PeopleBooks locally in a PT 8.54.x environment, testing the help link on IE (Internet Explorer) 10 and 11 results in a blank help page unless compatibility is mode turned on.
Why is this happening since Bugs 17696504 and 18853037 initially indicated that this issue was supposed to be fixed in PT 8.54?
