EGPAM: Cascading Leave Not Calculating Correctly When Cascading from One Day to the Next

Cascading leave is not calculating properly when cascading from one day to the next.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure a Leave Take to be used as "Negative Balances Take with Other Absence"
- Create a scenario to test multiple instances of cascading for the configured Leave Take
