Symptoms
Direct Reports Tables Build (HR_DRPT_BLD) performance issue.
The Application engine first step (for Access Type 2) takes close to 2 hours.
The subsequent steps run in seconds. Issue occurs when running a full build, or an incremental build.

Navigation : Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Managers > Direct Reports Table Build
Process runs for long time.
